Shipping:
At checkout we give you the option of shipping through either FedEx Ground or U.S.P.S. There is a Flat Rate Fee for each shipping method. All items are made for you at point of order - we do not carry any merchandise in stock, so please allow 7-14 business days for shipment of your product (4-6 weeks for custom orders). Once your order is placed, you will receive an email order confirmation as well as tracking information once your order has shipped. We treat your art with the utmost care and guarantee that your item(s) will arrive to you in the exact same condition that it leaves our facility.

Payment Methods:
Online payments- De-signs of the Times.com utilizes Paypal.com for a safe, easy way to make an online payment using major credit cards (we will only ship to verified addresses).
Phone, Fax - Visa, MasterCard. In some cases an order will be placed on a security check. This means that there may be additional steps we must take to ensure the security of your order. These additional steps may include you faxing us your driver's license or other government issued ID and/or matching credit card to assure you are the holder of the card. This is done to insure your protection and security and is not done in all cases. You will be contacted via email if further identity verification is required.
